I was so excited about these pancakes. I usually sub seltzer in our favorite pancake recipe, so I thought I would love these, too. I'm sure tons of people love these pancakes, but as a heads up, I wanted to note that they were too cakey for me - the exterior looked brown and beautiful but wasn't crisp at all. This may not matter to some people, but in case it does I wanted to pass it on. Thank you for sharing the recipe. It was fun to try something new, and seltzer is such a great secret ingredient!
