My dog ate my homework. Get it? Get it?
Sigh. I could never be a jokester.
The dish is a bit more complicated than I expected, and I don't have time to finish it before the sun-that-is-not-even-out-today sets, so I won't be able to get a decent photo. It's all about the integrity of the dish, people!
Therefore, I will resume with my regularly scheduled Top Chef series tomorrow.
Until then, just because it never gets old for me, please listen to the wise words of Tom Colicchio on good taste and keeping it simple.
How much grief do you think he got for doing this commercial?
This commercial is kinda funny if you look at the ridiculous food presentation for some of those plates. ha!
